Rapid expansion has been the theme over the past few years and now they are looking to consolidate their market leading position with the acquisition of one or two more strategic hires within their Cayman practice.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a bright, dynamic lawyer to take over an established portfolio of international clients on portfolio acquisitions, private equity deals, fund formations, credit facilities and acquisitions etc. Although no promises of partnership will be given, realistic possibilities are there to make partner within 2 to 3 years based on performance.
