4+ Year Corporate/Commercial Associates – 3 Live positions – Varied, Blue Chip Work – Leading Offshore firm – Excellent Work/Life Balance – Fantastic offshore package – Stunning British Virgin IslandsA leading commercial practice in the BVI are looking for junior/mid-level associates to join their rapidly expanding practice. Although one of the biggest names in offshore circles you will join a small collegiate team in the BVI. This will give you increased autonomy and flexibility while still enjoying the benefits and kudos a recognized brand name brings.
Your work will be high profile, complex and cross border in nature. You will advise an international institutional client base on a range of commercial issues including corporate finance, M&As, JVs, securitizations, partnership issues, debt/equity financings and restructurings.
The salary will be $150k+ p/a, plus annual review and bonus – full relocation package and ex pat benefits. Tax in the BVI is only 8%.
