Kelly & Co has completed its Business Advisory Council (BAC) with the appointment of director and business advisor Trish White.

White has been appointed as the third and final member of the firm’s BAC. She joins businessmen Rob Chapman and Ross Adler, who were appointed to the Council earlier this year.

An experienced engineer and former cabinet minister, White is a director of Australia Post and the Motor Accident Commission, a board member of the Resources and Energy Infrastructure Council and serves on Advisory Boards for Adelaide University and the University of South Australia in the disciplines of engineering, renewable energy and business.

In addition to her non-executive board roles, she is a strategic executive advisor for WorleyParsons.

White is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Kelly & Co. Chairman of Partners, Jamie Restas, said White’s appointment rounded off an extremely strong BAC.

“Trish has built a reputation as one of South Australia’s most successful businesswomen.

“She has considerable experience in government and regulatory processes and extensive networks across both public and private sectors.

“Her outstanding knowledge across a variety of industries will be invaluable to Kelly & Co. and assist us to provide the highest level of practical and commercial advice to our clients.”

Kelly & Co’s BAC was established in June of this year to strengthen the firm’s links with the local business community and provide thought leadership to the partnership and its clients
