TRESSCOX HAS appointed family trio Charles Vandervord as senior consultant with two his sons Andrew Vandervord and James Vandervord both special counsel in its Sydney office.
Charles Vandervord is a highly experienced personal injury litigator who has represented the Law Society of New South Wales at the Interim Advisory Council and the Workers Compensation and Workplace Occupational, Health and Safety Council of New South Wales. He has also acted on behalf of the society and the Law Council of Australia over many years.
James Vandervord – an accomplished lawyer in the areas of litigation and personal injury – adds to the firm’s real estate law team, specialising in workers compensation, work injury damages and indemnity claims as well as common law litigation.
Andrew Vandervord brings significant experience in the field of personal injury litigation to TressCox. He is highly skilled in workers compensation claims specialising in the aged-care sector, as well as asbestos/dust disease claims and occupiers/public liability litigation.
These appointments not only strengthen TressCox team, but bring to the firm new areas of practice as well as noteworthy clientele, TressCox said in a statement.
