Abbott Stillman & Wilson has made a number of new appointments.
Gregory Thomas has been appointed as a partner to the firm. He was previously a partner at Rigby Cooke and joins the ASW commercial division with expertise in general commercial and franchising law.
Dominic Varrasso has been appointed as a consultant with the firm’s commercial litigation division. His expertise includes commercial, taxation, insolvency and bankruptcy and he was formerly the director of Dexta Corporation Limited.
Brett Penberthy, formerly with Gadens Lawyers , joins ASW as special counsel with expertise in general insurance and accident compensation litigation.
Erhan Karabardak and Taryn McCamley both join the commercial division of the firm and both have expertise in IT. Erhan joins as a senior associate and Taryn as a solicitor.
Ben Fitzmaurice joins the firm as an associate in commercial litigation.
Zaheed Evans joins the firm as a solicitor in the general commercial group.
Aysela Kolasinac and Steve Notarianni both join the firm as solicitors in the general litigation and WorkCover group.
Bruce Ballment has joined Nicol Robinson Halletts as a solicitor. He has seven years experience in all areas of personal injury law including WorkCover, motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, criminal compensation, product liability and dependency claims.
Bank of Western Australia has appointed Nadia Mansour as legal adviser for contracts. She previously worked at Freehills .
