JOHNSON WINTER & Slattery has appointed Richard McMullan as a senior associate in the firm’s newly established Perth Office.
Formerly at Freehills, McMullan joins partners Mick Dulaney and Peter Smith, who also moved across from Freehills earlier this year to establish the office.
McMullan is a corporate lawyer who practises primarily in the areas of fundraising, ASX listings, mergers & acquisitions, managed investment schemes and financial services.
