    On Monday, 8 February 2010, Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy sent shockwaves down the Australian legal profession by announcing that it would shortly open offices in Sydney and Perth. With 17 founding partners already announced, 14 of them from Clayton Utz, the firm's imminent arrival will drastically change the local and international legal services sector.
