The New South Wales Supreme Court has approved the appointment of McGrathNicol chairman Tony McGrath as chair of the upcoming meeting of One.Tel creditors. The court found it would be undesirable for special purpose liquidator Paul Weston to preside over the meeting as a debate about his administration is foreshadowed and it is important to maintain the appearance of impartiality.
