Eco Logical sells shares to specialist consultancy firm
Two firms have advised on a transaction, which saw the board of Eco Logical Australia sell its shares in the company to a specialist consultancy firm.

Deal significance: Eco Logical Australia is a multidisciplinary environmental consultancy. It provides innovative, high-quality professional services to clients across property, resources, government and infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Coffey is a specialist consulting firm servicing transport and property infrastructure, energy and resources, and international development. It is a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed Tetra Tech.
DibbsBarker corporate and commercial partner said the sale of Eco Logical to Coffey Services Australia provided a return for Eco Logical Australia’s shareholders and expanded opportunities for the company’s specialist staff.
The sale was completed on 31 January 2017.
Commenting on the transaction, Eco Logical Australia CEO and co-founder Andrew Morison said, “There is a strong strategic alignment of our two firms with the opportunity to offer an expanded range of services to our combined client base.”
