Firm launches new crime and misconduct division

A Queensland law firm has unveiled a new specialist criminal division to complement its existing service to clients.

Creevey Russell Lawyers has announced the new crime and misconduct division, saying it will aim to simplify the process for clients in need of legal expertise. It will cover matters such as drug and traffic offences, domestic violence and protection orders, weapons licensing issues, workplace health and safety prosecutions, and gas prosecutions.

“Creevey Russell Lawyers are proud to announce we have launched the crime and misconduct division of the firm to guide clients through the criminal justice system to help obtain the best outcomes,” Creevey Russell principal Dan Creevey said.

“Our criminal law team has more than 40 years’ combined experience in criminal matters, with an enviable track record of achieving outstanding results for our clients.”

Senior associate Patrick Quinn said the launch of the new division comes as Creevey Russell looks to offer a key point of difference in dealing with criminal justice matters.

“The Creevey Russell criminal law team will fight for our clients,” he said.

“Ultimately, we will be viewed as specialists in crime and misconduct, offering clients high-quality legal assistance and expertise,” he said.

Creevey Russell's crime and misconduct team will be led by Mr Quinn.
