Stuart Fuller will relinquish the role of head of the firm’s Hong Kong practice to concentrate on being the global firm’s leader.
KWM announced today, 11 December, that Zhang Yi and Hayden Flinn will be co-chief executives of the firm’s Hong Kong practice from 1 January next year.

Fuller (pictured) has held the dual role of global managing partner and Hong Kong chief executive since 2012.
“As the next generation of leaders within the firm, I am confident that Zhang Yi and Hayden have all of the skills and capabilities required to take on this role and grow the firm in this market”, said Fuller.
Zhang is a private equity specialist while Flinn, an Australian who relocated from Melbourne to Hong Kong in 2001, is a corporate partner.
The elevation of Zhang and Flinn is the latest in a recent number of senior management restructures at KWM.
Sharon Cook, former head of Henry Davis York, has been lured across to commence an executive role as managing partner, clients, in the firm’s Australian practice in February.
Tim Bednall, head of the firm’s Australian M&A and tax practices, will be relocating to London. Michael Barker has been announced as his replacement.
