Former senior associate Gareth Horne has been promoted, becoming the first Clyde & Co lawyer in Australia to make partner.
Mr Horne (pictured right) is a commercial litigator with experience in insurance coverage issues and alternative dispute resolution. He has worked across a number of jurisdictions, including New Zealand, North America and the UK.

Clyde & Co entered the Australian market in 2012 and recently opened a Brisbane office.
A former senior associate at Minter Ellison has also joined as a partner in Clyde & Co’s Sydney office.
Kon Nakousis (pictured below), who also previously worked at Colin Biggers & Paisley, has experience in construction and engineering dispute resolution.
