A former Clayton Utz lawyer has been appointed as the general counsel at a recently listed tech company.
Natasha Davidson (pictured) has left her role at Clayton Utz to take up the position of general counsel at WiseTech Global, a global provider of software solutions.

Clayton Utz recently advised WiseTech on its $973.6 million public float on the ASX.
Ms Davidson previously led corporate transactions specialising in capital markets and regulatory initiatives at the firm.
Her previous experience also spans legal counsel roles for Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO NV.
"This appointment supports our move to a life as a listed company," WiseTech global CEO Richard White said.
"Natasha worked with us through our IPO process, knows our business and offers substantial corporate experience that will serve us well."
