Specialising in anti-discrimination law, Ms McRostie has extensive litigation experience. She has been involved in complex employee claims across multiple jurisdictions and regularly appears before various state and federal courts and tribunals.  

Over the course of her career, the Sparke Helmore partner has worked with government agencies and corporate clients across a number of industries, including health and aged care, insurance, mining, construction, media and professional services.

In her new position, Ms McRostie will provide support to employers on day-to-day workplace issues including workplace investigations, managing long-term ill and injured employees, workplace restructuring, dismissals and employee entitlements.

She is currently named on the list of Rising Stars in Doyles Guide for employment and WHS.
