Mr Devonish has extensive commercial litigation experience, advising on a range of complex matters. He is an integral part of the Lynch Meyer Lawyers’ growing insolvency, credit management and recoveries team.
Mr Devonish is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) and is also a state councillor of the AICM, responsible for the Certified Credit Executive (CCE) portfolio.
“James started his career at Lynch Meyer and has grown exceptionally during his time with us,” said James Neate, partner at Lynch Meyer Lawyers.
“His promotion to partnership credits his outstanding skills in the insolvency and credit management industry and we are certain he will continue to thrive in his new role.”
In addition to Mr Devonish’s promotion, the firm has also promoted Antony Discisio from solicitor to associate.
“These promotions recognise our team’s continued growth in the insolvency sector,” said Mr Neate.
