Karcher has been with the firm since 2000 and practises in its corporate and commercial group. He has extensive experience in commercial and transactional matters, with particular expertise in business acquisitions and disposals and large commercial tenders. He also has a specialised knowledge of the intellectual property aspects of commercial matters.

He advises clients in a range of industries including IT companies, investment managers, tourism companies, publishers and cosmetic companies.
