Emma Roberts has joined the firm as a senior associate, specialising in insurance claims resolution. She has extensive litigation experience and is an experienced advocate in a range of jurisdictions including the NSW Supreme Court, the District Court of NSW, the Local Court and the Claims Assessment Resolution Service. At Curwoods, she has been advising on public and product liability, general insurance, construction risk, contractual policy and indemnity issues and catastrophic claims. She joins the firm from Moray & Agnew.
