DUNCAN FLETCHER has moved across from Freehills to become a senior associate in Mallesons Stephen Jaques’ employee relations team in Western Australia. In his new role, Fletcher will specialise in industrial, workplace and safety law. He joins the firm with 10 years’ experience in Sydney and Perth, where he has been involved in large industrial relations litigation, in developing strategies for employers and in advising on OHS-compliance matters.
