THREE SENIOR associates from the workplace law division of Australian Business Lawyers have been promoted to the role of special counsel.

Nicole Gower, a nationally-accredited workplace trainer and assessor, has worked with the firm since its foundation in 1999 and is accredited by the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre as a workplace mediator. With a particular focus on discrimination law and workplace investigations, she provides strategic advice on all areas of discrimination law and related legal issues.

Fellow special counsel Richard Taylor has represented employers and employees in federal and most state jurisdictions. He has experience in a range of employment-related litigation and dispute resolution matters, and provides commercial and strategic advice on employment law, occupational health and safety and industrial relations.

Jason Donnelly is an experienced litigator, and practices principally in industrial relations law.
