With legal experience spanning 17 years, Tobin most recently practised at McInnes Wilson and prior that, Deacons.

Tobin specialises in all aspects of workplace relations law, occupational health and safety and discrimination law, including common law employment disputes. His industry exposure is broad and includes the manufacturing, health, hospitality, financial services, construction, entertainment and private education industries.
