One of these was Jared Franicevic, who joined the Wellington office in the property team. Prior to coming on board at Buddle Findlay, Franicevic worked at Govett Quilliam in New Plymouth, where he spent 18 months in a general commercial practice with an emphasis on property law.
Another solicitor to join the property practice, though in the Auckland office, is Shane Nicholls. Nicholls came to the firm from Morrison Kent, where he focused on commercial property. He is currently completing his LLM, specialising in commercial and international environmental law.
Also joining the Auckland office, but in the employment team, is Monique Fahy. Before taking on the role she worked for two years with Jones Fee, specialising in commercial litigation.
