Having obtained his qualifications in Western Australia, Ioppolo did a stint with the Crown Solicitors Office, as well as at other Perth firms.

Ioppolo brings extensive experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, including corporate and personal insolvency, business breakdown disputes, complex debt recovery, contract and property disputes, trade practices law and deceased estate disputes.

He has appeared as counsel before various courts and tribunals in Western Australia in trials, appeals and interlocutory and final applications, including applications for urgent injunctions.
