Maria Ho has risen to senior associate in the commercial services division. She has over five years’ experience in commercial and corporate services, along with extensive experience in intellectual property, information technology and litigation matters.

Nick Robertson joined the firm’s environment and planning team as a specialist in property development, urban and regional planning, and environmental administrative law. He has been appointed an associate in the environment and planning team.

With over four years’ experience in the conveyancing industry, Melanie Lynn joins the firm as a conveyancer in its property, infrastructure and development division. Lynn has specialist skills in residential settlements and experience in the preparation of all Real Property Act documentation, contracts and forms.

Brooke McEvoy joined Norman Waterhouse after completing a clerkship with the financial services team. Now a solicitor at the firm, her skills as a specialist in financial services will be a valuable asset to the team.
