SPECIALIST LEGAL service provider Norman Waterhouse Lawyers has appointed four new practitioners.

Chief executive officer Paul Barrington believes “attracting the right staff capable of contributing to the success of our business is vital”.

“We employ highly qualified professionals who individually contribute to the success of Norman Waterhouse. Further, by investing in our staff via training and development, we ensure that they possess the broad-based skills necessary to provide the highest level of service for our valued clients.”

Maria Ho has risen to senior associate in the commercial services division. She has over five years’ experience in commercial and corporate services, along with extensive experience in intellectual property, information technology and litigation matters.

Nick Robertson joined the firm’s environment and planning team as a specialist in property development, urban and regional planning, and environmental administrative law. He has been appointed an associate in the environment and planning team.

With over four years’ experience in the conveyancing industry, Melanie Lynn joins the firm as a conveyancer in its property, infrastructure and development division. Lynn has specialist skills in residential settlements and experience in the preparation of all Real Property Act documentation, contracts and forms.

Brooke McEvoy joined Norman Waterhouse after completing a clerkship with the financial services team. Now a solicitor at the firm, her skills as a specialist in financial services will be a valuable asset to the team.
