During her 18-year career, Reynoldson has held senior positions at a number of large insurers, including QBE Insurance, Gallagher Bassett and Lumley General Insurance. Most recently, she was the national manager, risk and compliance, at OAMPS Insurance Brokers.

Her expertise includes providing regulatory compliance advice to general insurers, brokers, underwriting agencies, financial planners and direct offshore foreign insurers. She has significant experience in advising Australian Financial Service Licence holders to meet their regulatory obligations. This ranges from liaising with regulators including APRA, ASIC, ACMA and Austrac through to strategic planning, audit and statutory preparation.

Reynoldson also lectures at Monash University in the Masters of Risk Management program, and she is a former nominee for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award.
