Dixon Hearder has left Corrs Chambers Westgarth to join Baker & McKenzie's tax practice as a partner.

Joining Corrs as an associate in 1997, Hearder worked with Clifford Chance in London from 2001 to 2003 before returning to Corrs.

During his time at Corrs, Hearder was a partner and Sydney Taxation Group leader and the state pro bono partner for the Corrs Giving Back Program.

He has extensive experience advising Australian and international clients across the range of Australian taxation laws with particular expertise in stamp duty and transfer pricing.

Hearder holds a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney and is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.
