Holding Redlich has appointed two senior partners to its expanding Brisbane office.

Brian Healey has been appointed as partner in the firm's property and projects group where he will specialise in commercial property advice and transactions, agribusiness law and retirement village work.

He has 14 years of experience in the agribusiness sector in Queensland, NSW and the Northern Territory, specialising in the sale, purchase and lease of rural properties, water entitlements and vegetation offset agreements and management.

Prior to joining Holding Redlich, Healey was a partner and leader of the commercial practice at MacDonnells Law and a senior associate with McCullough Robertson Lawyers in Brisbane.

Former Freehills special counsel Jeremy Prentice has also joined the firm as a partner in the corporate and commercial practice group.

Prentice has more than 17 years' experience in major projects and infrastructure gained while working in Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Perth and London.

He has advised domestic and international government agencies, sponsors, funders, construction contractors and operators throughout Australia, the UK and the Middle East and has specific expertise in the ports, airports, aviation, defence and transport sectors.
