Lander & Rogers has appointed three partners and a senior associate to its Melbourne and Sydney offices.

Formerly the head of major projects and infrastructure at Middletons, David Bradley has joined Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office as a partner in the corporate advisory group.

Bradley brings almost 30 years of corporate advisory experience focusing on mergers and acquisitions, major infrastructure projects and procurement advice. He has advised extensively on road and rail transport, mining, health and water projects for the private sector and government stakeholders.

Formerly at Herbert Geer, Alice Spizzo has joined Lander & Rogers' property, projects and infrastructure group as a partner and will head the firm's Sydney office planning and environment practice. She advises corporations, governments, consultants and organisations across a wide range of environmental and planning matters.

Also joining the firm as a partner is Andrew Farr, whose practice focuses on industrial relations and employment law.

A workplace relations law specialist with the Law Institute of Victoria, Farr provides advice to employers regarding industrial disputes, organisational change, enterprise bargaining strategy, employment and independent contractor law, discrimination law and dismissal.

Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Farr was a founding partner of workplace relations firm Trindade, Farr & Pill.

Natalia Todorovic, formerly of Mason Sier Turnbull, has joined the firm's family and relationship law group in Melbourne as a senior associate.
