John Matthews was promoted to senior associate and Beau Mollinger to associate, while Rebecca Johns was newly appointed as an associate to the firm.

Mollinger's practice focuses on dispute resolution, construction litigation and Building and Construction Industry Payments Act adjudications. He also has litigation experience involving personal injury, property damage, and products in various jurisdictions.

Johns is an experienced insurance lawyer in the areas of public liability and medical negligence litigation and has extensive experience in asbestos litigation.
