Culshaw Miller Lawyers has hired the former principal of Maxim Litigation Consultants as a director in its litigation and dispute resolution group.

Tim Retallack joins Culshaw Miller after six years with Maxim, initially as a consultant and more recently as a principal.

Retallack’s 20 years’ of experience includes a wide variety of issues in commercial litigation and contract disputes.

Since 2008 he has been the instructing solicitor to Chris Zelestis QC, acting on behalf of Terry Streeter and David Cooper during their long running – and ultimately successful – defence of claims made by Western Areas Exploration in relation to the Streeter/Cooper interests in a proposed nickel exploration project.
