Katrina Bullock is the General Counsel for Greenpeace Australia Pacific. Greenpeace is one of the world’s largest independent environmental campaigning organisations. It uses peaceful, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems and develop solutions for a green and peaceful future. Katrina is the primary legal and governance adviser to the Greenpeace board and senior management team. She began her career as a corporate lawyer at Clayton Utz and has worked on high-profile litigations, regulatory investigations and corporate advisory matters for a range of blue-chip clients. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours first class, division one), Bachelor of Business (Distinction) and is currently undertaking a PhD in law focused on stock exchange disclosures. She is a News Broadcaster for the Finance News Network and has presented her research at conferences around the world including in Italy, the UK, Taipei and Brussels. Katrina is also a fellow of the Centre for Comparative Corporate Governance at Deakin Law School.
