Biggest work achievement – Project Zipline whereby we managed to deliver substantial cost savings to Domain in response to COVID-19 whilst maintaining all of our talented staff and also maintaining business momentum. I really felt like we achieved something that was life-changing for our employees where the alternative would have been substantial staff redundancies.

Biggest personal achievement – Running the 50 kilometres of the UTA50 race in May 2019 in a solid eight hours, 16 minutes. Then, in May 2020 running the 50 kilometres on what would have been the UTA50 race day (but it was cancelled due to COVID). This has taught me the value of goal setting and shown me what I can achieve with focused grit and determination. I am now training for the rescheduled 100 kilometres race in October (eek!!)

Pro bono work takes on many forms. Whilst I did not undertake any “legal pro-bono” work in the traditional sense, I committed many hours to meeting with junior lawyers, junior business people to provide mentoring and leadership and career guidance. I have also committed many hours to raising money and awareness and committing hours to community and charity projects. For me, this is all-important time spent doing “pro-bono” activity to achieve a greater good outcome.
