Young Gun of the Year

The first few years of legal practice are critical to the future success of a lawyer. Those who demonstrate potential can fast-track their rise through the ranks. This award recognises outstanding performance by an individual who has recently commenced his or her legal career. It is open to lawyers of any age who are in their first five years of practice.

Assessment Criteria:

Nominees will be judged on their responses to the following:

  • Detail outstanding work over FY2015 - 16 that sets you apart from other lawyers of similar experience.

  • How has this work benefited your practice group, your firm and your clients?

  • Provide examples of your leadership in the workplace and/or in your community.
