Pride in Law is an Australian LGBTIQ+ Law Association, which is ‘Law Focused, Pride Inspired’. Since launching in July 2017, Pride in Law has continued to provide visibility, education and advocacy around LGBTIQ+ issues in the legal profession. We represent and promote legal professionals, increase community understanding of the law, help protect the rights of individuals and advise the community about the many benefits legal professionals can provide. Pride in Law also assists the public by advising government on improvements to laws affecting Australians.

Pride in Law is an unincorporated association limited by guarantee and entirely run by volunteers with the support of our members and sponsors. Pride in Law currently has formal chapters in Queensland and Western Australia with discussions starting in other jurisdictions for additional chapters. If you or your organisation would like to discuss individual membership, corporate sponsorship or be part of our National growth plan, please email [email protected] and one of our National Directors will come back to you.

We are stronger together; we are united in our commitment to champion pride in all forms.
