Deal: Toga Hospitality signs agreement to manage the new Adina (a 170-room, four-star, serviced apartment hotel) at Sydney's Royal Randwick

Deal significance: Toga Hospitality manages some 52 hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Europe under the recognised brands of Adina Apartment Hotels, Medina Apartment Hotels, Vibe Hotels and Travelodge Hotels. The transaction represents an expansion of the Adina brand in the Australian market. It is expected that the track-front hotel with contemporary design will commence construction this year.
