Deal significance: CQMS supplies mining wear parts and consumables to the mining extraction and mineral processing industries. The deal, which was completed on 31 July, saw Macquarie sell its stake in CQMS in conjunction with the sale of the remaining minority stake by an entity associated with Mr Thomas Meyers.
