Deal significance: Tripoint is a leading provider of consulting and online-managed services. The company, which is predominately based around Oracle's PeopleSoft Application stack, propels Red Rock into the position of being Oracle's largest locally-based PeopleSoft partner across Australia and New Zealand.
The purchase is the second acquisition UXC has made over the past six months that will allow them to gain greater traction in their key target markets. The acquisition of Tripoint allows UXC to further invest in the Oracle market by increasing scale and capability, as it has done with the SAP businesses within UXC.
