NorthgateArinso announced its acquisition of Neller on this week, with the partnership increasing NorthgateArinso’s footprint across Australia and New Zealand and extending its reach into the Asia Pacific market.

The Thomson Playford Cutlers team that worked on the transaction included partner Loretta Reynolds and senior associate Tara Page. The same team worked for ANZ capital on the acquisition approximately two years ago and have now worked on the positive and successful exit.

“Don Manifold from KPMG Corporate Finance ran a very competitive sale process in a tough climate. Our team worked closely with NorthgateArinso’s lawyers Minter Ellison [in Melbourne] and Kelly & Co (who acted for management) to deliver a timely transaction,” said Reynolds.
