The Baker & McKenzie team was led by energy and resources partner David Ryan who was assisted by special counsel Hai Dang Nguyen and senior associates Zoe Rafter and Peter Davis.

Baker’s energy and resources team was also supported by the environmental, banking and finance and tax teams, and worked closely with the firm's Tokyo office.

AGL, Australia's largest operator of renewable energy assets, has invested approximately $3 billion in renewable energy projects over the last five years.

Freehills acted for ANZ, NAB, Westpac and BTMU on the deal.
