Baker & McKenzie has advised Kellogg Company on its acquisition of Procter & Gamble's Pringles business in Australia.

The Baker & McKenzie Australia team was led by partner Ben McLaughlin and associates Candice Heggelund and Annalise Haigh.

Procter & Gamble was advised by Jones Day.

The Pringles acquisition nearly triples the size of Kellogg Company's international snacks business, making Kellogg Company the world's second-largest savoury snacks player.

The transaction involved 11 international jurisdictions.
