The Corrs team, led by construction and infrastructure partners Andrew Chew and Robert Regan, developed the contract for the Stage 2 Development which was signed by the SCG Trust late last week. Robert also led the Corrs team on the Stage 1 Development.
The finalisation and execution of the Stage 2 contract is a significant milestone in the four stage Master Plan for the development and refurbishment of the SCG. This means construction will begin on the new northern pavilion to replace the Noble, Bradman and Messenger stands. The modern pavilion has been designed to complement to adjacent historic Members Pavilion and Ladies Stand.
The team advising on the new SCG also included leading project managers, engineers and architects including APP, MI Associates, Cox, Arup and AECOM.
