Deal significance: FEI Company has bought nanoTechnology Systems, which is its Australian distributor. FEI Company designs, manufactures and supports a broad range of high-performance microscopy workflow solutions that provide images and answers in the micro, nano and picometer scales. It has more than 2500 employees in more than 50 countries around the world.
