Two firms have advised on McMillan Shakespeare’s acquisition of United Financial Services in a multimillion deal.

Deal Significance:

McMillan Shakespeare is a major Australian provider of salary packaging. United Financial Services is a national financial services company specialising in automotive and personal loans.

Following McMillan Shakespeare’s acquisition of United Financial Services the total loan generation by McMillan Shakespeare will now be close to $1.5 billion annually.

McMillan Shakespeare also acquired Presidian Holdings in a $115 million deal in February 2015.
