Deal Significance: Allens advised a syndicate of banks, namely ANZ, Bank of Queensland, CBA, HSBC and Westpac, on the provision of a $300 million banking facility to business equipment financier Silver Chef Limited.

Silver Chef Limited is an Australian company that provides hospitality equipment funding and has plans to expand overseas.

The multi-currency facility will allow Silver Chef to borrow in New Zealand, Canadian and Australian dollars.
