Linklaters advised Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Dresdner Bank AG London Branch and UBS Limited as joint lead managers, Dresdner Bank Aktiengesellschaft as LPN issuer and The Law Debenture Trust Corporation plc as trustee on an issue of EUR374 ($636) million 6.45 per cent loan participation notes due 2011 for the City of Moscow. The proceeds of the bond will refinance the first international bond from Russia after the 1998 financial crisis. The Linklaters team was led by partner Dominic Sanders and capital markets consultant Pavel Koutovoi.
