Under the agreement, CSG Communications Pty Limited - a subsidiary of ASX-listed company CSG - acquired sub-contractor rights to approximately 10,500 Canon MFDs.

The agreement also transfers the servicing of existing Canon MFD customers to CSG, subject to completion which is expected to occur on 1 July 2010.

The Hall & Wilcox team was led by partner Bruce McFarlane and senior associate Oliver Jankowsky, and supported by Ben Hamilton, Karl Rozenbergs and Melinda Bell.

McFarlane said of the deal: "The turnaround for the transaction was very tight - a matter of days ... The quick access to the necessary expertise enabled us to complete the transaction within the timeframe."
