Effective from January 2011, Jenny Craig Australia and New Zealand will operate as part of Jenny Craig Inc - a division of Nestlé Nutrition.
Founded in 1983, Jenny Craig now has over 100 centres across Australia and New Zealand, becoming one of the leading weight management providers.
Arnold Bloch Leibler partner Jonathan Wenig and senior associate Jeremy Leibler acted on the deal. Mike Barker from Mallesons advised Nestle on the deal along with their general counsel, Michael Antaw.
