Allion Legal has acted for Galaxy Resources Limited in relation to its acquisition of a 20 per cent interest and farm-in to the Canadian James Bay lithium pegmatite project from Lithium One Inc.
Allion Legal has acted for Galaxy Resources Limited in relation to its acquisition of a 20 per cent interest and farm-in to the Canadian James Bay lithium pegmatite project from Lithium One Inc. Galaxy has the potential to increase its equity interest to 70 per cent through the completion of a definitive feasibility study within a 24 month period.
