Henry Davis York has advised GPT Group on the sale of a Melbourne CBD car park for $29.2 million.
The 3,197 square metre property includes a mixed-use car park and retail shop building located on La Trobe Street. GPT understands that the purchaser intends to develop a residential tower on the land.
