Harold Goldstein spent seven years in prison for falsely claiming to be an attorney. But only days after his release from prison he was again posing as a lawyer.

The 64-year-old man was sentenced to another two years in prison - the maximum sentence for violating conditions of his release.

In 2003, Goldstein used the name of a Northern California lawyer to represent clients in court and was also convicted of mail fraud for sending solicitation letters to inmates, reported Yahoo News.

Folklaw is curious as to why Goldstein didn't get a law degree while he spent seven years in the slammer.
