As reported by rollonfriday, 48-year-old Alan Rose pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly behaviour and fined £350 after he was caught with a camera hidden in his bag in a Sainsbury's store.

A spokesperson from the firm told rollonfriday: "Alan Rose was an employee at Lovells. He resigned in mid-August after Lovells became aware of his arrest and before the conclusion of an internal investigation being carried out by the firm."

This isn't the first time a law firm employee has been embroiled in a filming scandal. In June last year, 49-year-old Peter Fitzpatrick, a partner for 13 years at Scottish firm Muir Buchanan, was caught filming his female staff while they were using the bathroom. He was found guilty of causing a breach of the peace, placed on the sex offenders' register, and - not surprisingly - is no longer with the firm.
